Masala Chowk

Masala Chowk opened in 2018 when the Jaipur Development Authority looked at the city's street food scene - legendary, but scattered across the old city with zero seating and sketchy parking - and just fixed it. Now it's the easy answer to "where do we go tonight?": 20+ stalls slinging everything from Rajasthani snacks to South Indian dosas to kulfi, all inside one clean, well-lit courtyard. Grab a table, order across five different stalls, and nobody in the group has to agree on just one cuisine. It's a five-minute walk from Albert Hall Museum, so it doubles easily as a post-sightseeing pit stop.
